Grade 5th Homeroom teacher. 4th & 5th Grade Religion, Math, & Science Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering engaging lessons to students of varying backgrounds
• Monitoring student performances and adjusting teaching strategies and techniques.
• Establishing clear classroom rules and procedures.
• Setting up exams, assessments and experiments in accordance with NYS and Archdiocesan standards.
• Schedule regular lab lessons within the class schedule.
• Direct regular use of student Chromebooks; in class and for homework.
• Maintaining regular communication with parents, counselors and administrators.
• Attending all required school events and faculty meetings.
• Finally, the teacher must be well-organized, on time and culturally sensitive.

Salary range conforms with the provisions in the collective bargaining agreement, based on degree and years of experience; salaries range from $55,072 - $76,907
