Job Title: 6 month Fall Co-op 2025 - CSR
Location: Morristown, NJ
Overview: Sanofi is seeking a motivated and passionate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Co-op to join our team. This role will be based at our beautiful Morristown, New Jersey site and will support community relations efforts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, while also contributing to the broader CSR strategy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: We Volunteer Program (50%)- Assist in the operationalization of the We Volunteer program, ensuring smooth execution and engagement.
- Support employee volunteerism efforts, including event coordination and communications.
- Work transversely with different teams across Sanofi to drive participation and impact.
Community Relations (25%)- Support community engagement activities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, working with local partners and stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing community-focused events and initiatives.
Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy (25%)- Collaborate with the U.S. communications team to help drive and integrate Sanofi's CSR strategy.
- Support storytelling and communications efforts to highlight CSR initiatives and impact.
About You Required Qualifications **Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship** Required Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communications, public affairs, sustainability, or a related field.
- A highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about corporate social responsibility, sustainability, community impact, and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work transversely across teams.
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous co-op experience
