We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Probation period: 1 month, with a starting hourly rate of $20 to $23, DOE. .


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or a well-established network in the industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work independently is very important.
  • Strong responsiveness to messages, even outside of standard business hours (morning or evening).
  • An enthusiastic, results-driven approach to sales and client management.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Bilingual in Mandarin a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA or BS College degree required.
