Overview Sodexo Live! has an opportunity for an Airport Lounge Manager at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. What You Bring includes a food and beverage background within a hospitality-centered venue (restaurants, hotels, airport lounges, conference centers, etc.); strong leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively at all levels; ability to manage multiple priorities; professional communication; a high level of customer service; flexibility to take on additional responsibilities; and knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs. Responsibilities Oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product; Achieve company and client financial targets and goals; Develop and maintain client and customer relationships; Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and Ensure Sodexo standards are met, including compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
