MUST RESIDE IN PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FLORIDA OR WITHIN A 40 MILE RADIUS

Are you an experienced bookkeeper with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy working with financial data and making sure transactions are correct? We are looking for an independent self-starter to manage multiple priorities and ensure highly accurate books and records. In this role, youll perform general bookkeeping, handle financial transactions & requests, manage the companys financial records. This is a full-time position but would consider part-time. We are located in Ponte Vedra, Florida. This position is not available for remote work.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of Intermediate Quickbooks and Advanced Excel
• Hands-on experience overseeing accounts payable and payroll
• Demonstrated background running financial reports and conducting financial analysis
• Proven experience working with private company owners
• Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
• Strong detail orientation and analytical skills
• Bachelors degree or relevant experience required, preferably with significant coursework in accounting
