Position Details:

• full-time status
• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (with the occasional weekend and holiday)
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment

Required Qualifications:

• associate's degree as a certified occupational therapy assistant from an accredited college
• current license as a certified occupational therapy assistant in the State of Wisconsin
