Job Description We are seeking a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve each model's quality. The ideal candidate should have an expert understanding of chemistry. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist. Benefits: This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position Choose which projects you want to work on Work on your own schedule Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work Responsibilities: Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance Qualifications: A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required Fluency in English (or bilingual proficiency) Detail-oriented Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning Note: Payment is made via PayPal.
