About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology & Innovation Officer to lead a transformative, technology-driven evolution of its rural health platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and executing a strategy that integrates cutting-edge technologies such as robotics, AI diagnostics, and regenerative medicine to enhance the quality of care and compete with leading urban academic centers. This senior executive role demands a visionary with a deep understanding of healthcare delivery, clinical workflows, and patient-centered design. The CTIO will oversee the full spectrum of clinical-technology and innovation, from digital front-end to advanced imaging AI and surgical-robot control systems, ensuring that all innovations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient experience. Key responsibilities for the CTIO include clinical technology road mapping, leading the development and deployment of robotic and imaging programs, and launching AI-enabled virtual care platforms tailored to rural populations. The role also involves incubating tech-enabled service lines, driving commercialization, and managing an innovation portfolio that includes academic collaborations and startup partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulated product development, digital health, and AI, with a proven track record in change management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory governance. An advanced degree in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role are required, along with a history of successful innovation and commercialization in the healthcare technology sector.
