We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager for a boutique insurance agency in Roseville, California. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, driven, and reliable professional eager to contribute to our agency's growth by providing outstanding customer service.

Location : Sacramento, California (Hybrid / Remote options)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Manage an assigned book of commercial insurance clients; establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary day-to-day contact.
• Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve complex service issues requiring in-depth policy interpretation and experience.
• Multi-Tasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Efficiently handle multiple tasks, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Must have a current/active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in an independent insurance firm with experience managing a diverse book of clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented: High attention to detail with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
• Relationship Building: A passion for creating long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
• Technical Proficiency: Prior experience with Applied EPIC agency management is highly desirable.
