Next 150 Construction, a fully owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Construction Superintendent I. The Superintendent I assists the project superintendent in coordinating trade contractors, maintaining high safety standards, and assisting with the quality control process.
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For Wisconsin this ranges from $70,000.00 76,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
