The candidate will primarily work with specific customer accounts to maintain relationships and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include handling customer service calls via phone, email, or fax, and addressing inquiries such as shipment and billing questions. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, eventually knowing them on a first-name basis.
The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour work week. The company maintains a business casual dress code and features a small, open office layout where everyone shares a large office space with individual desks.
