Our client is a luxury boutique hotel and one of the Leading Hotels of the World, they are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote their company and its products/services for 3 hotel properties. In this role, you will encompass a wide range of activities including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising. In addition to these responsibilities, you will do creative work such as ad development and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
· Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display Advertising, etc.).
· Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
· Conduct keyword search and optimize content for SEO.
· Work with third party agency to monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and digital marketing efforts using various analytic tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.). and provide insights and recommendations.
· Plan and executive email marketing campaigns, including the design, content creation and segmentation of email campaigns.
· Monitor and respond to guests’ comments and requests via the Leading Hotels survey platform, the hotel’s Facebook account, as well as Google and Tripadvisor platforms.
· Collaborate with internal teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to produce effective marketing materials.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Required Professional Background:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant field.
· Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
· Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite (IN-Design, Photoshop).
· Experience working with creator tools/systems for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn and similar platforms.
· Experience working on both PC and Mac platforms.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
· Experience in Google Analytics (or similar analytic tools) and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
· Knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e., Google Search Console, SEMrush) is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.
