RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee the Data Entry Department within a national mail-order pharmacy. This leadership role plays a key part in managing the daily workflow of data entry technicians, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance.
Youll be responsible for leading a team, managing performance, and serving as the go-to person for resolving order-related issues and improving processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise pharmacy technicians performing prescription data entry
Manage attendance, PTO requests, and enforce company policies
Conduct performance evaluations, issue corrective actions when needed
Monitor output and productivity; assign daily goals and track completion
Hire and train new data entry technicians based on department needs
Maintain and update training resources and documentation
Handle client communications regarding order concerns or discrepancies
Ensure department meets internal quality standards and client SLAs
Current Pharmacy Technician License in Kentucky (clear and active)
PTCB certification preferred
Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory tech role with a focus on data entry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience managing workflow and technician performance in a pharmacy setting
