Director of Youth Ministries - Chapel of the Cross Episcopal Church
Chapel of the Cross Episcopal Church is seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministries to lead a vibrant and growing group of middle and high school students. With a strong foundation of relational ministry, committed volunteers, and a church that truly “shows up,” this position offers a unique opportunity to build upon a tight-knit, joyful youth community as it experiences rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, approachable, and grounded in a welcoming Episcopal tradition. With over 100 children in the pipeline and an average of 20–25 active youth, the new leader will shape the next chapter of this dynamic ministry by deepening spiritual formation, expanding service and fellowship opportunities, and maintaining a culture of connection as numbers grow.
