About the Role:
Operational Technology Solutions (OTS) is seeking an experienced Electrical / Automation Project Manager to lead large-scale oilfield projects from our Roosevelt office. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring a strong background in automation, journeyman-level electrical experience, and proven success in managing crews, customers, and complex projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee oilfield electrical and automation projects from planning through completion
Direct field manpower, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and representing OTS professionally in the field
Prepare and review project bids, quotes, and proposals to secure new opportunities
Specify and procure parts, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements
Drive project execution in compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
Qualifications:
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent hands-on electrical field experience (required)
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale automation projects, preferably in oilfield environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate crews effectively
Proficiency in project estimating, quoting, and customer communication
Ability to identify opportunities for additional work and expand customer partnerships
