Skyline Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Construction who will be responsible to organize, manage, and direct all aspects of their assigned project and be responsible for successful execution of that project.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project & team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specifications.
• Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
• Oversee all aspects of workflow, staffing, budget allocation, and scheduling of the assigned project.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing required documents, including drawings, specifications, addenda, and project schedules to gain a thorough understanding of the project.

Determine allowable cost-effective means and methods to execute projects within budgets.

• Leads their team to safely complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with high quality and efficiency
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly (Submittals, RFI’s, Scheduling, etc.)
• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Acts as the Safety Manager for the project and coordinates with the Safety Department when needed.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• All other duties as assigned

• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other Project related software.

Education & Experience

• Degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5 years of electrical project management at a minimum is required.
