We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to provide onsite leadership for a team of 3–4 Industrial Electricians . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial and electrical work , proven ability to read blueprints , and the leadership skills to prioritize tasks and guide a team effectively.
As a Project Leader, you will oversee the administration, organization, and implementation of small electrical construction projects or specific phases of larger efforts. You’ll manage project scope, resources, budgets, and schedules , ensuring that all work meets quality, safety, and performance standards . Collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams will be essential to ensure project success and compliance with all contract requirements.
Candidates should bring solid electrical construction experience , project management capability , and a track record of success in leading teams within fast-paced industrial environments.
