The Position

The appointed Sales Director will assume responsibility for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the US wealth management sector
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Coordinating sales opportunities in collaboration with internal teams (e.g. technical consultants, implementation services, and partners)
  • Contributing to product development by channeling market feedback to relevant teams
The Candidate

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • 10+ years of proven sales management experience, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry in the US market
  • Strong understanding of the US private wealth management sector; familiarity with financial technology products and solutions is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
