Our Entry Level Business Development Associate is key to maintaining a high level of customer service, community engagement, and market management as we bridge together our clients and customers in transactional sales relationships. Responsibilities:

• Role models outstanding customer service for the team 
• Work closely with both the sales and customer service teams to develop and disseminate positive branding messages for our clients' products and services.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality and professionalism (especially when handling customer complaints)
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring new Customer Service Representatives
• Learn and client pertinent product knowledge for our brands
• Follow client guidelines
• Execute campaign per management’s request
• Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or higher
• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to apply constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
• Must love working with people and be comfortable in a forward facing environment

The average base salary for Business Development Associate ranges between $45,000 and $75,500 per year. Experience and ability to build relationships within a sales format will determine the amount a BDA can make.
