We’re partnering with a leading roofing contractor in the West Palm Beach area that’s looking for a sharp, experienced Estimator / Project Manager to oversee full-cycle commercial and residential projects.
This isn’t entry-level. It’s your chance to lead, estimate, manage, and drive results with a company that actually invests in its people.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and budgets for roofing projects (residential & commercial)
Manage project execution from kickoff through closeout
Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and internal crews to keep timelines and costs on point
Maintain job documentation and perform site visits as needed
Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience in roofing estimating or project management (bonus if you’ve done both!)
Strong knowledge of Florida roofing code & construction timelines
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Highly organized with excellent communication and client-facing skills
Local to West Palm Beach or nearby (relocation not offered)
