The Executive Protection Agent will ensure the welfare, physical protection, and security of a high-profile client through armed and/or unarmed executive protection assignments. Responsibilities Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Provide close protection and security functions during domestic and international assignments. Lead counter-surveillance activities, protective advance planning, and threat assessments. Transport the client or principals, employing evasive and defensive driving tactics as needed. Manage client requests while ensuring safety and security precautions. Deescalate tense situations at the client's office, residence, or events. Communicate vulnerabilities and safety concerns, escalating deficiencies as necessary. Conduct protective intelligence assessments, OSINT reviews, and prepare reports. Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Assist with protection schedules and team assignments. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of executive protection experience. Valid New York State Armed Guard License, NYPD Special Carry or Carry Guard License. EP and EP Driving Certificates or EVOC, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications. Defensive driving training/experience. Preferred: National travel experience. Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Effective across diverse cultures and levels. Professional appearance and concierge-level service skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working Conditions Must perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Exposure to confidential information and sensitive environments. Physical requirements include reaching, lifting, operating equipment, and maintaining composure under pressure. Ability to carry weapons and protective gear, and respond to emergencies. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity. Travel up to 50%; 24/7 availability.
