Location: Lexington Park, MD

Position: Financial Analyst, Junior

Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Business Financial Manager in recording allocations, commitments, obligations, and expenditures of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case funds.
  • Maintains and updates accounting records.
  • Supplements FMS financial Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) accounting data, and provides technical fiscal guidance including reviewing, validating, and processing financial accounting transactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and less than three (3) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, lifecycle management, analysis, or planning.
  • U.S. Secret Security Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance or public trust is required for people that require classified/public trust access and the need to know.
    • This will be defined on a task order basis per the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) requirements.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Maryland, ITC Defense is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Maryland and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $50,000.00 - $65,000.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
