**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker in a dynamic plastic molding environment. You will operate machinery to assemble various molds and palletize products. Your key responsibility will be to inspect products for surface defects and flaws, ensuring quality and productivity. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery and assemble molds. + Inspect products for surface defects and flaws. + Palletize the finished product. + Use minor hand tools. + Stand, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods. + Write down quantities placed on pallets. + Ensure products are packaged and maintain productivity. + Follow safety guidelines and procedures. **Essential Skills** + General labor + Machine operation + Packaging + Inspection + Production + Machine operating + Load management + Proficiency with tape measure **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general production + Experience in manufacturing + Knowledge of plastic molding processes **Why Work Here?** This position offers a long-term opportunity with the potential for overtime. The shift runs from 12am-08:30 am **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
