Fit & Fun is currently seeking a new well-rounded graphics team member who is passionate about creating exceptional work that supports our brand but also brings a professional exuberance and passion to our community of customers and colleagues. This is a part-time position that has the potential to turn into a full-time position.

Skills needed to succeed:

• 3-5 years of relevant design and illustration experience.
  
• Demonstrable technical proficiency in the use and appropriate application of Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop, and other platforms in the Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Knowledge of color management best practices and RIP software.
  
• Working knowledge of web-based platforms and the parameters that must be followed for digital graphics and assets.
  
• Understanding of various graphic mediums that Fit & Fun employs and the various applications and standards which apply individually or collectively.
• Strong physical and digital organizational skills and critical thinking.
  
• Familiarity of large format digital printing & cutting equipment as well as laser engraving and cutting equipment is a plus.
  
• Background in Education, Parks and Recreation is also a plus.

• A single static digital asset that demonstrates your creative, technical and organizational acuity. The more complex, the better. Please don’t sanitize the file – we want to see all the ‘behind-the-scenes’ information. This asset must be in .ai format.

• Observing trends in our markets and from our audiences that could positively influence the products and services offered by Fit & Fun.

Part-time 24-32 hours per week

• $20- $25/hour (dependent on skill and experience) +benefits
• Due to the collaborative nature of the work we do, this is not a remote or hybrid position.
