Compensation + Benefits:

• Hourly guaranteed wage of $25 for 70 hours per pay period (biweekly). Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at a 1.5 hourly rate or approximately $37.50 per hour.
• When worked, the following holidays will be paid at a 1.5 hourly rate: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
• Paid training + professional development
• Accrue Paid Sick Time immediately; accrue up to 10 days annual
• Paid Time Off after 90 days
• Eligible for matching Student Loan Reimbursement or Retirement Savings plan
• You are guaranteed pay for 70 hours every two-week pay period, regardless of the number of assignments you receive. If you work more than 40 hours in a single week, overtime pay will be added to your biweekly paycheck.
