• Uncapped Commission : Earn a percentage of every sale in your territory, with average first-year earnings of $55K-$65K—and the sky's the limit.
• Exciting Growth : Be part of a thriving company expanding its sales team from 10 Inside Sales Executives.
• Travel Opportunities : Represent Vakker at dental trade shows in cities across the country, showcasing our innovative products.
• Impactful Work : Help dental professionals elevate patient care and practice efficiency with cutting-edge solutions.

• Own Your Territory : Prospect, qualify leads, and close sales while managing and growing your assigned region.
• Build Relationships : Create meaningful connections with dentists, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Navigate Objections : Turn “no” into “yes” by probing deeper, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions.
• Push Promotions : Drive sales by promoting monthly specials and product deals that meet customer goals.
• Stay Proactive : Make 75+ outbound calls daily, working from your desk to hit and exceed sales targets.

• A self-driven attitude with the ability to jump in and start selling.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills to navigate customer conversations effectively.
• 1+ year of outbound sales or call center experience.
• A passion for exceeding goals and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive) and an Associate’s degree are a plus!
