• Event Coordination:
• Represent Clint Wilson State Farm at local events, booths, and community activities.
• Assist in planning and executing event logistics, including setup, promotion, and follow-up.
• Social Media Management:
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics.
• Networking & Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, including referral partners like mortgage brokers and restaurants.
  • Attend community and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
  • Assist with outbound calls to prospective customers for appointment setting and follow-ups.
  • Track and document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Marketing Projects:
  • Support the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new campaigns and marketing strategies.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to engage in cold calling and networking activities.
• Energetic, personable, and eager to learn.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends for events as needed.
