With more than 225 M&A, growth capital and other strategic transactions completed by our principals, we have become experts across every major technology sector. We have closed transactions with many of the largest and most recognized technology companies in the world. We are seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic, growing team.

You should have 1 – 3 years of full-time professional work experience in a field related to Investment Banking, Corporate Finance / Business Development, Management Consulting, Valuation, or Public Accounting which requires the ability to comprehend financial statements, financial modeling and industry specific research and analysis.

Analysts hired by Menalto Advisors will be required to pass FINRA 63 and 79 examinations.

Key selection criteria for the role include:

Essential Job Functions

• Developing industry, market sector, and company research and analysis,
• Preparing company presentations and other client materials,
• Preparing prospective buyer lists,
• Developing financial and valuation models,
• Interfacing with clients and prospective buyers on a regular basis,
• Conducting due diligence for the firm's clients, and,
• Managing transactions and supporting senior deal team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• BA / BS degree from a top tier university is preferred,
• Unweighted GPA above 3.3 minimum; above 3.7 preferred,
• Record of academic excellence with proven leadership ability,
• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of technology and finance,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment,
• Strong client focus and relationship management skills,
• Familiarity with financial statements, spreadsheets, and accounting,
• Financial modeling and forecast development,
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal, and,
• Resourcefulness, energy, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
