Overview A private single executive is seeking a qualified personal assistant to join his team and make his life run more smoothly. You will be working behind his executive assistant. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm, but a 24/7 mentality is needed. This position will start as soon as the team finds the right fit! This is a ON-SITE role- please do not apply if you are looking for a remote job. Responsibilities The client has executive assistants and a chief of staff who handle most work-related business aspects, so this PA will be responsible for everything related to the client's personal life and home-related tasks. Job duties will include; Understanding and utilizing all different avenues of technology Managing and working with household staff Organizing files and personal effects Shopping and errands Booking travel Managing social schedules Researching social events and best restaurants and social activitiesfor singles in NYC Additional as needed duties Dog assistance will also be part of this role as well as helping when the principal travels Qualifications Extremely tech-savvy Great problem solving skills detailed oriented Team-player Willing to learn Efficient Discreet Highly capable Social and loves the social scene in NYC The client is seeking someone to become their right hand Requirements Well versed in social scenes High level of taste Ability to see around corners Know the best places for networkingsand singles Highly presentable Can do attitude Salary and Benefits The role's compensation depends on experience and ranges from $120-$150k plus a great benefits package There is also room for growth with this family office #J-18808-Ljbffr British American Household Staffing
