Kyc Data Analyst

We are looking for a meticulous and driven KYC Data Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within our systems. Responsibilities:

• Review and update custodian system data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in data.
• Organize and document processes to enhance data management efficiency.
• Address missing invoices and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
• Support ongoing initiatives to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain detailed records of progress and updates for reporting purposes.
• Assist with repapering requirements to meet regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment on data-related tasks.
• Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in data processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Solid understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) principles and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with data enhancement and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
