Job Title: Medicare Sales Agent - Licensed (Remote AZ, CA)

Location: Remote AZ, CA
Experience Required: 1+ AEP Cycles

Base Pay: $15-$20/hr ($30k-$45k) Depending on Experience (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Annual Renewals

On-Target Earnings: $75k-$100k annually

Top Performers: $120k+ in first year with compounding effects from renewals in year 2+

Job Overview: 

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Licensed Medicare Sales Agent who's hungry for success to join our remote team. If have at least one AEP under your belt, and want to be part of something exciting, this might just be your perfect fit. Key Responsibilities:

• Educate & Enroll : Help clients understand their Medicare options and guide them through the enrollment process with ease.
• Customer First : Provide exceptional service that turns clients into raving fans.
• Sales Excellence : Achieve and exceed sales targets with integrity and enthusiasm.
• Maintain & Grow : Build lasting relationships, securing renewals and referrals.
• Stay Ahead : Keep up-to-date with Medicare guidelines and product offerings.
• Team Spirit : Collaborate with a passionate team that’s committed to changing the narrative around aging.

Requirements:

• License : Must be actively licensed and in good standing to sell health insurance in your state (additional states preferred).
• Experience : Minimum of one AEP’s worth of experience with a proven track record (you know the drill!).
• Bilingual preferred but not required : Fluent in English and another language (Spanish preferred, but not required).
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
• Independent & Motivated : Thrive in a remote environment, setting and smashing your own goals.
• Passionate : You care about helping people and making a difference in their lives.
