We are a well-established national hotel training firm with a rich history of 32 years, currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as remote part-time Mystery Shoppers. This role focuses on evaluating the sales skills of Hotel Sales and Catering managers. As a Mystery Shopper, you will enjoy the freedom of working from your home office, with the flexibility to manage your schedule while leveraging your industry expertise.

Your responsibilities will include conducting telephone evaluations from your home office and submitting detailed written reports via email. We provide comprehensive initial training and continuous support to ensure your success. This is a 1099 contract position.

Key requirements for this position are:

- Experience in hotel sales/catering sales is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability during regular business hours for phone calls and email correspondence
- The ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines, responding promptly to all calls and messages
- Excellent writing and proofreading abilities
- A home office that offers a quiet work environment
- A Windows-based computer with MS Word, internet access, and a telephone for outgoing calls (cell or landline)
- Regular and reliable internet and email access Monday through Friday
- The ability to convincingly role-play as a potential customer
- Professional phone and writing etiquette
