Position: Nurse Practitioner, NP - Home Care and Hospice
Shift: Casual Part Time - 8 hours/week or 16 hours biweekly. Flexible scheduling of 4 or 8 hour shifts

Experience:
2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Home Care and Hospice
Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Home Care and Hospice preferred.

Education:
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications:
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
