We are seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator / Executive Assistant (English/Greek) to support our executive leadership team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both English and Greek. Experience with ADP Run payroll/HR system is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel.
  • Provide bilingual (English/Greek) communication support.
  • Assist with HR and payroll tasks in ADP Run .
  • Coordinate all office operations: vendors, invoices, supplies, and mail.
  • Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as liaison between executives, staff, and partners.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or executive support.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (required).
  • Familiarity with ADP Run strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
