Job Description

The Organizational Development Manager will play a critical role in enhancing employee engagement, driving leadership development, and implementing training programs across the NAFTA region (USA, Mexico, and Canada). This position reports to the Regional Director of Human Resources NAFTA and will partner with senior leaders to create and execute strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

  • Design, implement, and manage employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Analyze engagement survey results and collaborate with leadership to create and execute action plans.
  • Organize and facilitate town halls, focus groups, and other communication forums to promote transparency and two-way communication.
  • Lead and facilitate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and team dynamics.

Leadership Development:

  • Develop and execute leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and address leadership skill gaps.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs on topics such as management skills, DEI, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives and improve processes.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management strategies to align with business goals.
  • Implement and manage systems to track and evaluate organizational performance metrics.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

  • Develop and promote initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement DEI strategies and monitor progress.

Collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations for organizational improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and successful implementation of programs.

Talent Management and Development:

  • Lead and facilitate the ideation, diagnosis, and design of high-impact solutions, leveraging deep expertise in leadership talent management.
  • Oversee Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Management initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess and address organizational talent needs effectively.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, employee engagement, or related areas.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Experience in a multi-country environment, particularly in the USA, Mexico, and Canada, is a plus.
  • Experience in facilitating team-building activities and executing action plans based on employee engagement survey results.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and cultural nuances in the NAFTA region is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • This role may require occasional travel across the NAFTA region to support organizational initiatives.
