The Role
The Participant Success Coach will play a crucial role in guiding participants through their career development journeys towards placement. Reporting to the Participant Success Manager, this position is responsible for providing personalized coaching, managing participant progress, and ensuring the effective delivery of support services. The Participant Success Coach will develop and maintain career action plans, meet regularly with participants, and address barriers to their success. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, data management, and a strong focus on participant retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching or counseling, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. The expectation for this role is to work in our San Francisco office and/or worksites on a hybrid work schedule. JVS does not provide relocation packages.
