Training and expertise in epilepsy surgery is also desired.
The Valley Childrens Neuroscience Team consists of ten board-certified pediatric neurologists managing and treating a variety of patients, including seizures, epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, and other neurologic conditions, as well as board-certified pediatric neurosurgeons and pediatric neuropsychologists working together in a multi-disciplinary approach to improve care for young patients. Valley Childrens Hospital is also accredited by the National Association of Epilepsy Centers as a level 4 epilepsy center.
