Job Description

A K-12 school in Bryant, AR is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a contract position during the current school year. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with options for onsite or virtual teletherapy work. This role offers a diverse caseload serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services addressing pediatric speech-language disorders across a varied caseload
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or current clinical fellowship year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience or interest in pediatric speech-language pathology within school or healthcare settings
• Ability to provide teletherapy services and onsite support as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Arkansas preferred
