Job Description

This opportunity seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide comprehensive services for students in elementary and middle school settings via both in-person and teletherapy modalities. The role is designed for a full-time, contractual position starting August 18, 2025, through June 2, 2026, with caseloads primarily serving kindergarten through eighth grade. The workload will be carefully managed and will not exceed 60 students, ensuring quality care and professional balance.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language evaluations and implementing individualized therapy plans for students K-8.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
• Delivering services in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Middle School environments.
• Utilizing teletherapy as a flexible modality when appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory and educational standards.

Qualifications for this role:

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Illinois teaching certification preferred.
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience valued but not mandatory.
• Prior school-based experience preferred, with a willingness to engage in school settings.
