Primary Duties & Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution : Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Guiding, influencing, and motivating the team executing projects. Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Resource Management : Managing project resources and stakeholders. Ensuring effective utilization of resources. Monitoring and Controlling : Monitoring project progress and performance. Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues. Communication : Communicating with stakeholders and managing expectations. Ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices. Required Education & Experience Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant industry experience preferably with overall responsibility. Three to five years of experience working with intrusion systems, access control systems and video surveillance systems. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving project issues. Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred. PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification. Expected Hours of Work: Full Time, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.
