Job Description
KOI Precast Concrete, located in Burlington, Kentucky, is seeking an individual to fulfill our role as Project Manager. This unique opportunity offers a competitive salary, weekly pay, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, 401K with a company match, and Paid Vacation.
As a Project Manager at KOI, you will be the primary point of contact for a customer once a job is awarded. In this role, you would be preparing submittals/build sheets, purchasing job-specific materials, managing job changes, coordinating with KOI’s production and dispatch departments, and addressing any questions or concerns from the customer. Communication is key in this role as you will be the liaison between our customers and various departments within the organization.
A few key objectives for this role are: Understanding plans and specifications, efficiently managing jobs through production and delivery, and delivering exceptional customer service while building relationships with customers.
Qualifications we look for in our project managers are experience with civil construction plans. Civil engineering experience is preferred. Knowledge of terminology that is customarily used in construction. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to learn and use design software to create submittals and build sheets. Experience with CAD is preferred. Experience with underground utility systems. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently. Flexibility with working hours. Typical workday is Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, but could require additional hours as needed.
