Your New Role...
This department continues to advance the business, facing new challenges and generating new opportunities for the company. As a team we are focused on the company's initiatives, and Latin America is seen as an example of avant-garde and innovation. We are a department that wears many hats and since our focus is strategy, we work with different stakeholders and learn overall how the company works together to make our initiatives come to fruition. We work on creating and building new networks and execute new initiatives to grow our new brand globally.
Your Role Accountabilities...
As an intern, you would help with strategizing financial modeling and collaborate with regional and global teams to support revenue-generating activities by providing financial analytics. Working with high-level stakeholders and understanding the companys goals to work as one team and learning how to execute projects efficiently. This job involves constructing forecasts of lending balances and revenues for Latam Sports, CNNe, and Streaming products and the launching of new networks for use in budgeting, planning, and scenario-based testing.
Qualifications & Experience...
Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university MBA degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
Must be a 1st year MBA student
Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)
All 2024 MBA interns will be selected from the attendees of the in-person (held in Burbank, CA) or virtual MBA treks. All eligible applicants must attend 1 of the trek dates.

Interns will be expected to work
35-40 hours
per week in a
hybrid capacity .
Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
The recruiting process will take place from November through February. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discoverys total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $50 per hour USD for Global Corporate Strategy MBA internships, $45 per hour USD for all other departments.
