Were hiring a Promotional Event Assistant to be the on-the-ground connection between top brands and the public. This role is all about building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and driving sales in dynamic event settings across Miami from trade shows to pop-ups and everything in between.

What the Role Looks Like

This is a fast-moving, customer-facing role where no two days look the same. Youll:

• Represent well-known brands at live promotional events around Miami
• Greet and interact with customers in a confident and engaging way
• Share product knowledge, answer questions, and guide on-the-spot decisions
• Support sales by assisting with sign-ups, purchases, or lead generation
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets and improve together
• Take part in regular training to sharpen your communication and sales abilities
