Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester with 5 7 years of experience in testing data platforms, ideally on Microsoft Azure . The role involves validating data movement, transformations, and accuracy across Azure Data services, supporting billing and analytics systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans for Azure-based data pipelines and APIs.
• Validate data transformations in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Data Lake environments.
• Develop automated test scripts for data validation and regression testing.
• Work collaboratively with developers, analysts, and engineers to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Identify and document bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies in test scenarios.

Requirements:

• 5 7 years of experience in software/data testing, preferably with a focus on data analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation across structured and semi-structured sources.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Stack (ADF, Synapse, ADLS).
• Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, Postman, PyTest, etc.).
• Experience in Agile environments and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
