Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time contract opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist is available at a school setting near Waukegan, Illinois. This role supports K-12 students with a guaranteed caseload throughout the school year. Candidates must hold a current Illinois Physical Therapist license to be considered. Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect physical therapy services to K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in pliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license required
• Experience working in school settings preferred but not mandatory
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle a full caseload
