Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Physical Therapist is needed for a full-time, contract position providing school-based services near Zion, Illinois. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a dynamic school environment, focusing on delivering both direct and indirect therapy services to meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a K-12 caseload, delivering physical therapy assessments and interventions tailored to each students requirements
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in pliance with school and state regulations
• Support students functional mobility and participation in school activities through appropriate therapeutic strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license required
• Prior experience working in a school-based physical therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong munication and teamwork skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining pliance with professional standards

Location:

• Position is located in Zion, Illinois, serving local school districts on a contract basis for the academic year
