We're looking for an active Senior Accountant or CPA who's ready to take ownership of a client portfolio and play a key role in our growing firm. What You'll Do:
• Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
• Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts
• Plan, prepare, and review tax returns
• Meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships
• Deliver a variety of non-attest services
• Oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm

What You'll Need:
• Active CPA license is a plus-but not required.br>• 2-4 years of audit or tax experience in public accounting.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements
• Strong project management and supervisory experience
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Confidence in explaining complex financial concepts to clients from all backgrounds
• Farm tax experience is a plus-but not required
