What you’ll be doing...

This position is part of the Network Security Strategic Business Operations Team. The position will provide employee communications and engagement programs as well as manage executive presentation development for the Network Security Leadership Team.

Responsible for developing and implementing high-impact communications and engagement opportunities that support cross-functional employees and the Leadership Team.

  • Create communications to engage employees and to connect employees via timely events and activities across the Network Security hubs.

  • Collaborate with team members and Learning & Careers to communicate Training Programs for the Network Security Team.

  • Establish and drive a multi-channel communications strategy including use of Poppulo for professional communications

  • Partner with Corporate Communications to identify opportunities to promote Network Security principles across GN&T and Network Security.

  • Create an Onboarding Program with leadership to support new hire onboarding and tools preparation for new Network Security Team Members

  • Create Promotional Materials and communications to promote (eCards) employee engagement events.

  • Work with senior leaders to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals.

  • Develop and establish Network Security virtual employee engagement events to reach all employees in a multi hub work environment.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify unique division/location needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to communicate and develop a communication strategy with senior leaders

  • Experience designing and hosting employee engagement events

  • Focus on developing executive level Google slides for executive delivery

  • Ability to work with leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • BA/BS in Communications, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in graphic design and use of Poppulo

  • Proficient in Google slides

  • Experience with marketing and business communications, writing newsletters, brand development, and internal communications, and message development.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $101,000.00 - $194,000.00.
