In this pivotal position, you will oversee the clinical safety strategy for our innovative drug projects and products. Your expertise will guide various committees and cross-functional teams in proactive risk management aligned with global regulatory standards. You will play a critical role in evaluating safety data continuously, leading risk assessment initiatives, and conducting benefit/risk analyses. Your responsibilities will encompass signal detection, evaluation, and contributing to our robust pharmacovigilance system. We are looking for candidates with a medical degree (e.g., MD, MBBS) and a substantial background of at least 15 years in drug development and patient safety, preferably with extensive industry experience. Ideal candidates will showcase deep proficiency in safety filing activities, signal detection, and support for aggregate reporting, along with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and regulatory requirements. As a Senior Executive Director, you will be expected to collaborate effectively across various therapeutic areas and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will also involve performing medical reviews, leading risk management initiatives, and contributing to regulatory submissions. You may need to act as a medical monitor for clinical trials and assist in various ad hoc activities.
