For Los Altos, California candidates the base salary range for this role is USD$ 140,000 per year - USD $230,000 per year.
Anatec is a series A funding company totaling $16 million which will bring necessary disruption to the identity and security market by providing an intuitive, rapidly deployable SaaS solution. The streaming solution offers real-time visibility, enabling users to discover, monitor and respond to the large threat surface exploited via service accounts. Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. We are a cutting-edge cybersecurity company on a mission to revolutionize the way identity is used in security. As our Senior ML Engineer, you will conceive, code, and deploy data science models at scale using the latest industry tools. You will bring skills to the team including data wrangling, feature engineering, developing models, and testing metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Capable of building robust, high-scale machine learning systems from scratch.
Track record of building successful ML models and deploying them.
Define, develop and drive ML strategy across the company.
Comfortable with solving ambiguous problems and adapting to a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in programming for algorithms and code reviews.
Comprehensive understanding of Agile technical practices, DevSecops and testing concepts.
Collaborating with data acquisition team on optimizing the support for variable data sources, and data presentation team on data readiness and availability.
Qualifications:
5+ years of software engineering work experience outside of college and or internships, including hands-on experience of managing massive data sets and building algorithms, ML frameworks.
5+ years experience with Tensorflow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch and other ML-tools kits.
Prior experience in building transformer models, reinforcement learning models, recommendation systems, information retrieval systems and NLP systems.
Hands-on experience in all stages of ML model life cycle, including data mining, curation, training and MLOps
Deep understanding of security domain such as threat investigation, fraud analytics, MITRE, Risk analysis, Anomaly detections, Identity systems.
Bonus Qualifications:
Aware of the current LLM model landscape and have used open-source code to build & tune Generative AI models.
Capable of thinking out of the box to mitigate nuances related to LLM models.
